If you have an emergency

Do not use this website or its form for an emergency. For a dental emergency during office hours, call us on (614) 279-0674. We do not offer an after-hours emergency service: outside office hours, go to urgent care or an emergency room. For a life-threatening emergency, call 911.

General information, not dental advice

The information on this website, including the Patient Education pages, is for general education. It is not dental or medical advice and it is not a substitute for an examination by a dentist. Do not delay seeking care because of something you read here.

Using this website, or sending us a message through it, does not make you a patient of the practice. That relationship begins when we see you for care.

Appointment requests

The form on our Contact page sends a request. Your appointment is not booked until we contact you to confirm a date and time. If you have not heard from us within one business day, please call.

Online booking is provided by Zocdoc on Zocdoc’s own website and is subject to Zocdoc’s terms.

Hours, insurance and services

We work to keep the hours, insurance plans and services listed here accurate, but they can change. Insurance coverage depends on your individual plan: a plan appearing on this website is not a guarantee of coverage or of what you will pay. Please call us to confirm your benefits before your visit.

Payment plans

Payment plans are offered by Cherry, a separate company, and not by Zain Family Dentistry. The payment calculator on this website is Cherry’s, and the figures it shows are estimates, not an offer. Applications, approval, rates and terms are decided by Cherry and its lending partners and are subject to Cherry’s own terms. We cannot guarantee that you will be approved.

This site links to other websites, such as Zocdoc and Google Maps. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your information.
